These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nuatar governing your access to and use of the Nuatar online gaming platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

By accessing the Nuatar Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the Nuatar Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Nuatar with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Nuatar Platform. This age requirement is consistent with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style real-money gaming. Nuatar enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification and reserves the right to request additional age verification documentation at any time.
The Nuatar Platform is intended for use by individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Nuatar Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on the Nuatar Platform: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Nuatar and its affiliated entities; (d) individuals who have been notified by Nuatar that they are no longer permitted to use the Platform.
To access real-money gaming on the Nuatar Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
Prior to enabling real-money deposits, wagering, and withdrawals, Nuatar requires all Members to complete KYC verification. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID). Nuatar may additionally request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.
You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and KYC is truthful, accurate, and belongs to you. Providing false, misleading, or third-party information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify Nuatar immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. Nuatar will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Nuatar accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, and Metrobank bank transfer. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Nuatar does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion to any transaction.
The minimum deposit amount on the Nuatar Platform is ₱100. Nuatar reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice published on the Platform.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. Processing times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond Nuatar's reasonable control.
Nuatar reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source of funds verification, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant promotion. Real-money wallet balances carry no wagering requirement for withdrawal.
Nuatar is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Nuatar reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the lawful source of funds deposited to any Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by Nuatar are subject to specific terms published on the relevant offer page, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. These offer-specific terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated in the offer-specific terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per offer) before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each offer. Unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the applicable time limit.
Nuatar reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any other conduct that Nuatar reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional terms.
Participation in the Golden Bank loyalty program is governed by the Golden Bank program terms, which are published on the Golden Bank page and incorporated into these Terms by reference. Points accumulated under the Golden Bank program are non-transferable, have no cash value until redeemed in accordance with program terms, and may not be sold or assigned to any third party.
Each game available on the Nuatar Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.
Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface prior to placing any wager. Nuatar reserves the right to impose individual account-level wagering limits at its discretion, including in connection with responsible gaming measures.
Nuatar reserves the right to void any wager where: (a) the wager was placed on an event or outcome that was subsequently cancelled; (b) a technical error affected the integrity of the game or event; (c) the wager was placed in contravention of these Terms or applicable game rules; or (d) there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity associated with the wager.
In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, Nuatar's system will record the last confirmed game state. Wagers already confirmed by the system prior to disconnection will stand. Nuatar is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider, device, or local network conditions.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Nuatar Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
Nuatar reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where Nuatar has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Member has breached these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; (c) the Member has provided false information; or (d) suspension is required for regulatory compliance purposes.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting Nuatar support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts subject to active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.
Upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms, Nuatar reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the Account, including real-money wallet balances, Bonus Funds, and Golden Bank points. This right is without prejudice to any other remedies available to Nuatar under applicable law.
All content on the Nuatar Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual elements — is the property of Nuatar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Nuatar Platform without the prior written consent of Nuatar. The Nuatar name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of Nuatar and may not be used without express written authorisation.
Nuatar does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. Nuatar will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, technical failures, or interruptions beyond Nuatar's reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nuatar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if Nuatar has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nuatar's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nuatar accepts no liability for gaming losses incurred by Members in the course of lawful wagering activity on the Platform. All wagers are placed voluntarily and at the Member's own risk. Nuatar strongly encourages all Members to wager responsibly and within their means.
Nuatar collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Nuatar implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect Member data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and Nuatar cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to the Platform.
Nuatar is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides Members with access to a suite of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Nuatar Platform, you agree to first contact Nuatar support to seek an informal resolution. Nuatar will endeavour to respond to and resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of a written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit Nuatar's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
